VERSATILE ACCOMMODATIONS

fifty-two-twenty-six elm is divided into two unique indoor spaces and a garden space. The stylish
Courtyard Room with its 20 ft ceilings, can accommodate gatherings of 20 — 100 persons. It looks
out onto the romantic Garden courtyard, which can seat up to 70 persons restaurant-style.

The versatile Studio Room also has 20 ft ceilings and measures 40 x 60 feet and can accommodate
an additional 100 persons. It can also be configured as a ballroom with dramatic lighting, a dance
floor and stage for a band. Each room can be rented separately.

Both spaces are suitable for virtually any type of event from casual to formal — whether sipping
cocktails and nibbling on canapés, dining in high-style, or hosting more elaborate ceremonies.
